At Viva La Bonita, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
